Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority.  We work with our partners to ensure the quality of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to facilitate an exchange or a refund.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the SHIPPING date.
  • If an item is received defective, we must be notified of the defect within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date of your item. If you notify us beyond the 7 day time frame, a refund or replacement is not guaranteed and a warranty claim must be processed (if available).
  • Items must be returned in NEW, unused and resalable condition, in the original manufacturers packaging, with all accessories, components, promotional items and inserts included and undamaged. 
    • Free gifts must be returned with refunds only
    • For your protection, items must be returned shipping prepaid, insured for the full value and safely wrapped, to prevent shipping damage.
    • Be sure to add tracking information with delivery confirmation to your return. We are not held responsible for items not received for return in our office. Tracking is for your protection.

  • Refunds are subject to a $10 restocking fee.  Other fees may apply if there are missing items, or if an item (and packaging) is not in resalable condition.
  • Exchanges are subject to a $6 exchange fee.
  • Exchanges of custom color lens may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • Refunds will be issued in the same manner that payment was received, after a product inspection by our staff.
  • Exchanges will have a credit applied to your original voucher for future purchase, less an exchange fee to cover shipping and handling for the new purchase.

Definition of a returnable Item

A returnable item is one where there is nothing physically wrong with the pair of sunglasses. They might not fit correctly, or the sunglasses may look different than your expectations.  Prescription eyewear is customized for you and is non-returnable/non-refundable.

Definition of a warranty Item

A warranty item is one where the item is broken or damaged due to a manufacturers defect.  We are unable to handle repair or replacement for national brand sunglasses.  Please contact the manufacturer directly.

Please note:

Promotional vouchers are not re-usable if a refund is chosen. Once the coupon is used, it can not be reset. If you choose to return your item for exchange credit instead of a refund, you will receive the credit for your voucher and any additional payment made.

As stated, prescription eyewear is non-returnable.  Exchanges for prescription eyewear require approval from SpecsOnTheBeach and will require a $25 materials fee, $50 materials fee for polarized prescription.
