How long will it take to receive my glasses once I’ve ordered?

We strive to ship all in stock orders within 1-2 business days from the time the order is received. Each US order is shipped First Class with tracking and delivery confirmation and should be delivered to you in 2-5 business days. We do experience high volume weeks and stock-outs from time to time which may cause a delay. Please see Shipping Policy under the Useful Information tab on our website for more information.

We are unable to guarantee delivery dates.  Please select Priority Mail or express mail if quicker delivery is required.

What size frame should I pick?

Many of our frames come in multiple eye sizes. Please review the size guide available to you under the Useful Information tab on our website. Remember, it is only a basic guide. Some larger people like smaller frames and some smaller people like larger frames. If you stay somewhat close to the guide you should be OK.

What if I don’t like my non-prescription sunglasses once I’ve received them?

You are never stuck with a pair of glasses you do not like or do not fit your face. We welcome you to try them out and exchange them as many times as you like. The only catch is that we can only pay for shipping once. Each exchange will have a small shipping and handling charge. You can exchange your glasses by following the simple order instructions at the Signature Lines Service Center under the Signature Lines product heading.

Can I get Prescription lenses?

We do provide the option of purchasing single vision prescription lenses to many of the SOTB Signature Lines. Please see the Prescription Sunglasses heading under Useful Information on our website for additional details.  Please note, prescription sunglasses are non-returnable.
